We are seeking a Solution Consultant specializing in Creativity & Productivity (C&P) for the UK&ME region. This role blends technical expertise, creative vision, and strategic advisory to support enterprise sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimize their content supply chain.
What You’ll Do
- Pre‑Sales & Customer Engagement: Provide technical pre‑sales support to enterprise sales teams, including RFP management, competitor analysis, and solution demonstrations. Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, and workflow assessments to identify high‑impact opportunities for transformation. Build and communicate compelling use cases and value propositions tailored to customer objectives and industry verticals. Present Adobe solutions with passion and clarity to audiences ranging from practitioners to C‑level executives.
- Solution Design & Technical Leadership: Position Adobe’s AI Platforms and how they facilitate Creativity, Productivity and Customer Experience. Translate customer requirements into actionable Adobe solutions, including Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, Experience Manager, Firefly, Workfront, GenStudio, APIs, and creative automation. Support architecture design discussions and ensure seamless handover to implementation teams. Partner with Solution Architects and Value Consultants to develop end‑to‑end narratives from business case to technical solution fit.
- Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Stay at the forefront of content production trends, digital marketing, and AI advancements. Advocate and articulate Adobe’s unique approach to responsible AI across all solution platforms. Represent Adobe at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements, elevating Adobe’s voice and credibility. Provide structured feedback to product teams, influencing solution direction and roadmap.
- Collaboration & Internal Enablement: Orchestrate extended internal teams to support customers throughout the sales lifecycle. Document client product requests and requirements for product management and engineering. Bridge between Pre‑Sales and Post Sales, collaborating with professional services to ensure customers understand the value of the solutions purchased. Participate in roadshows, conferences, and other sales opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed
- 5+ years’ experience in technical pre‑sales, consulting, or enterprise architecture roles, ideally with Adobe solutions.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, content supply chain, and digital marketing, including emerging trends like generative and agentic AI.
- Experience with CMS/DXP platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), DAM (e.g., AEM Assets), workflow solutions (e.g., Workfront), and front‑end coding (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and client‑facing skills; able to communicate convincingly at all levels.
- Solution selling and value demonstration experience.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and self‑manage against set goals.
- Familiarity with API‑driven workflows, SaaS solutions, and cloud architecture patterns.
- Strong organizational, technical writing, and communication skills.
- Experience with AI governance frameworks and ethical AI practices is a plus.
