Your key responsibilities:
- Shape and support the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and shared goals.
- Oversee platform design standards, helping teams collaborate and maintain consistent, inclusive and effective solutions.
- Support solution design reviews, guiding data models and integration approaches to ensure strong, dependable outcomes.
- Coordinate integration design across systems, ensuring secure, scalable and connected workflows that support business needs.
- Strengthen platform resilience by supporting performance, security and operational continuity requirements.

- Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Platform Architect within large, complex environments.
- Strong expertise across ServiceNow modules including Information Technology Service Management, Configuration Management Database, and integrations.
- Solid understanding of integration approaches such as Representational State Transfer application programming interfaces and event-based architectures.
- Experience supporting cloud architecture, security and resilience frameworks within enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to connect business needs with technology solutions in a structured, collaborative way.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as banking or financial services.
