Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead and inspire clients: Drive discovery sessions, solutioning workshops, and proof-of-concept demonstrations that clearly show how our solutions transform lending and trade finance operations.
- Design future-ready architectures: Create comprehensive end-to-end solutions using modern principles—cloud-native, API-first, microservices, and composable banking—tailored to client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Champion innovation: Introduce clients to cutting-edge ideas such as AI-powered credit decisioning, ESG analytics, blockchain for trade settlement, and open banking for treasury integration.
- Shape industry conversations: Represent Finastra at conferences and forums, sharing thought leadership on digital transformation, sustainable finance, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate globally: Work closely with product management, cloud architecture teams, and sales to influence product roadmaps and ensure solutions meet evolving market demands.
- Ensure readiness and excellence: Contribute to demo environments, client-facing resources, and technical documentation that highlight the value and future-proofing of our solutions.
- Stay ahead of trends: Continuously research and apply emerging technologies—AI/ML, blockchain, open banking APIs, instant payments—to deliver innovative solutions that differentiate Finastra.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience of working with corporate lending and trade finance within European banking or financial services.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in financial services technology.
- Expertise in cloud platforms, modern architecture patterns, and integration technologies.
- Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks (Basel IV, PSD2, GDPR) and sustainable finance regulations.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, blockchain, and open banking technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees and certifications preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30–40% across EMEA.
