As a Senior Salesforce Administrator in our hyper-growth environment, you will play a foundational role in building and scaling our CRM ecosystem from day one. This is a position where you will not only configure and manage Salesforce, but also analyze business processes, design intelligent workflows, and apply data-driven insights to help teams move faster.
You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to architect a next-generation CRM platform that supports rapid scaling, automation-first operations, and AI-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user access, permissions, security controls, page layouts, objects, record types, and data governance.
- Build scalable automation using automation to replace manual processes and enable operational efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders to map business processes, identify gaps, and design technical solutions aligned with the needs of a hyper-growth GTM engine.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specs, and structured workflows.
- Analyse CRM usage patterns and funnel metrics to recommend operational and process improvements.
- Use Salesforce reporting and dashboards to surface insights that help leaders make data-backed decisions.
- Maintain documentation of data models, configurations, integrations, and process maps.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to build lead management flows, sales processes, customer lifecycle models, and AI-powered workflow automations.
- Deliver training, onboarding, and ongoing support to ensure strong user adoption across fast-scaling teams.
- Manage data imports/updates, deduplication, and data cleansing initiatives.
- Support integration efforts with GTM systems, marketing automation platforms, billing systems, and internal tools.
- Troubleshoot issues proactively and act as the go-to expert for platform reliability and performance.
We expect you to have:
- 4–7+ years in Salesforce Administration with Enterprise CRM experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows), data modelling, and security.
- Demonstrated experience acting in requirements gathering, process design, workflow mapping, and reporting.
- Experience supporting high-velocity GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw CRM data into insights and actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with integrations, connected apps, APIs, and middleware (no coding required, but technical comfort is essential).
- Experience with lead routing, funnel analytics, lifecycle automation, or revenue operations tooling is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-changing, high-pressure environment.
- Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder preferred.
