As a Senior Designer, you will play a leading creative role in shaping how IMG works with brands, rights holders and sporting properties through world-class design and storytelling. This is a pivotal role responsible for creating beautiful, editorial-quality pitches, commercial partnerships and integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Lead the creative development of commercial pitches, RFPs and marketing campaigns.
- Translate complex commercial strategies into visually compelling narratives with editorial flair and attention to detail.
- Establish and evolve visual identities, campaign toolkits and scalable design systems across multiple touchpoints.
- Mentor and support a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback and creative leadership across all projects.
- Develop conceptual campaign ideas and activations that help clients achieve commercial and audience objectives.
- Maintain and evolve IMG’s brand identity across all presentation materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, industry-leading strategists, marketers, and production teams to interpret briefs and shape visual direction.
- Maintain a strong understanding of sport culture, brand trends, fan engagement and emerging design practices.
- Present and articulate creative thinking confidently internally and externally.
- Ensure all creative output is executed to the highest standard, balancing innovation with commercial effectiveness.
- Integrate AI-driven solutions to improve creativity, storytelling and time efficiencies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment without compromising quality.
Knowledge and Experience
- 6+ years’ experience in graphic design, brand design or creative communications, ideally within sport, entertainment, agency or commercial marketing environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across pitch design, campaign identity, storytelling, editorial graphics and brand systems.
- Proven experience working on global pitches, commercial presentations that win business and commercially driven creative projects.
- Exceptional typography, layout and visual storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to think conceptually and strategically, turning insights into creative ideas and design narratives.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; motion and Figma experience is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of brand development, campaign rollouts and multi-platform creative execution.
- Experience working with various forms of AI and collaborating within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Working Conditions
- This is a permanent position based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate.
- Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
- May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings, or industry events and work on-site for the duration of an event, as necessary.
- Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule, including when working to a pitch or proposal deadline.
