  • Maintain deep understanding of SFRC and Quartz architectures, guiding decisions, simplifying complexity, and ensuring alignment to target-state principles.
  • Oversee delivery across multiple contributing teams (Technology, Quants, Data, Risk, Market Data), actively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Drive effective incident management, root cause analysis, and remediation, ensuring continuous improvement in platform reliability.
  • Maintain ample governance and control oversight, ensuring compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal risk requirements.
  • Represent Technology in audit and regulatory interactions, owning responses and engaging credibly with control functions.
  • Own platform financials, including resource allocation, cost discipline, and prioritisation across competing demands.
  • Provide clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders, driving informed decision-making and accountability.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure delivery discipline, quality, and clarity of requirements.
  • Drive adoption of efficient delivery practices, including automation, DevOps, and AI-enabled productivity where appropriate.
  • Work closely with delivery leads across multiple concurrent platforms, ensuring effective coordination between change and BAU activities, and enabling both to execute without conflict or compromise to platform stability.
  • Adhere to SFRC programme management standards, providing timely, high-quality updates and inputs to the SFRC Programme Lead.

What we are looking for:
