Department: Data Intelligence / Open Intelligence Product & Engineering

Role Overview

As we scale the rollout of Open Intelligence across global markets, we are looking for a Data Operations & Enablement Manager to help operationalize the platform and support markets as they onboard data and adopt new capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of data platforms, operations, and market enablement, ensuring that local teams can successfully onboard data into OI, follow the defined operational processes, and build the capabilities required to support client use cases over time. You will work closely with engineering, product, data strategy, and regional market teams to translate technical capabilities into clear operational workflows and scalable rollout processes. The role is critical in helping us move from pilot phase to global adoption, ensuring that the infrastructure, documentation, and operational playbooks are effective for markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Onboarding & Enablement
    • Lead the operational onboarding of markets onto the OI platform.
    • Support regional teams in understanding the process for onboarding datasets and building connectors.
    • Ensure markets have the documentation, tooling, and access needed to operate independently.
    • Coordinate training sessions and technical walkthroughs for local teams.
  • Operational Process Design
    • Develop and maintain the operational playbooks for data onboarding and platform adoption.
    • Translate technical documentation into clear operational workflows for markets.
    • Establish repeatable processes that support scalable rollout across multiple regions.
  • Data Operations & Connector Support
    • Coordinate the onboarding of global and local data sources through connectors.
    • Support markets during initial data ingestion and troubleshooting.
    • Work closely with the connector engineering team to track progress and resolve issues.
    • Help identify operational improvements based on pilot market learnings.
  • Program Coordination
    • Track rollout progress across markets and maintain visibility on dependencies and blockers.
    • Work with product and engineering teams to align on timelines, readiness, and support requirements.
    • Maintain centralized tracking of onboarding activities, requests, and issues.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Capture lessons learned from pilot markets and incorporate them into improved onboarding processes.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline rollout, documentation, and support structures.
    • Help define the long-term operational model for OI adoption across regions.

Key Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who combines strong operational thinking with an understanding of data platforms. Preferred experience:

  • Experience in data platform operations, analytics platforms, or data infrastructure programs.
  • Experience supporting global rollouts or platform adoption across multiple markets.
  • Ability to translate technical systems into clear operational processes.
  • Strong coordination skills across engineering, product, and business teams.
  • Experience with data pipelines, connectors, or data ingestion workflows.
  • Excellent documentation and enablement skills.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6–12 months, success in this role will mean:

  • Markets can onboard data into OI with minimal central support.
  • Clear operational playbooks exist for data onboarding and connector setup.
  • Market teams understand the process and responsibilities for data ingestion.
  • Rollout across new markets becomes predictable and repeatable.
  • Lessons from pilot markets are embedded into the global rollout framework.

Why This Role Matters

Open Intelligence is a foundational capability that will enable markets to unlock richer insights and smarter media strategies. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that the platform can scale effectively and that markets are equipped to use it successfully.
