About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Primary Market Research (PMR) with strong strategic consulting experience and deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies. This role sits at the nexus of research and strategy: leading primary research while translating findings into clear strategic recommendations, positioning, and experience implications. You will lead core workstreams, manage clients with autonomy, and act as a thought partner in shaping decisions across brand, medical, and access strategy.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver qualitative and quantitative research aligned to key business questions
- Lead Strategic Primary Research.
About You
- 7+ years of experience in primary market research and strategic consulting within healthcare, pharma, biotech, or life sciences
- Demonstrated ability to connect research to strategic decision-making
- Strong experience in:
- Segmentation and targeting
- Message testing and positioning
- Survey design and quantitative analysis
- Insight‑driven strategy development
- Experience working across patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
- Experience managing teams, vendors, and client relationships
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting early asset strategy, launch planning, or lifecycle optimization
- Exposure to rare disease or specialty therapy areas
- Familiarity with digital insight platforms or living insight repositories
