About the role
Working with our client, a global law firm, we are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for the planning and account management of all creative work, making best use of the resource and turning work around at pace. As the on‑site lead, the role requires you to build strong collaborative relationships with the global client base, as well as manage the on‑site team to deliver a first‑class client experience.
The Senior Account Manager works proactively, understanding marketing strategy and has a desire to deliver the best creative work, partnering closely with clients and challenging them to drive creative and marketing excellence. Reporting to the Business Director, the Senior Account Manager works within a team of six colleagues, across design, strategy, digital and account management.
What you will be doing:
- Work in true collaboration with a broad range of clients and be responsible for brand guardianship on their projects to ensure that the client experience is as positive as possible.
- Day‑to‑day resource decisions.
- Line management of a Project Manager and a Digital Content Executive.
- Ownership of process and systems for delivery of client work.
- Interpreting and consolidating client briefs, setting and managing project timelines, briefing projects internally & externally, ensuring all output meets client requirements.
- Supporting the BD with handling issues of escalation/resolutions, pre‑emptively addressing these, managing all resource requirements, escalating potential issues and bottlenecks where necessary.
- Assist with financial management and understanding, ensuring work is billed correctly and timely.
- KPI monitoring and reporting.
- Help with account growth and identifying new opportunities.

- At least 4 years in an agency environment.
- Strong team‑player and able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal/communication skills with a pro‑active approach.
