As the Salesforce Developer, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce from the ground up, ensuring the platform is strategically designed and configured to align with our business objectives. This includes gathering and translating stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions, overseeing data migration and system integration, and establishing best practices for user adoption and ongoing platform optimization.

  • The ideal candidate holds multiple Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, and Advanced Admin.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools and frameworks, including Lightning and CPQ.
  • A solid understanding of database scripting languages such as MySQL, Apex, and VisualForce.
  • Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and APEX coding standards.
  • This role requires someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively across teams, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
