Job Summary
As part of CDW UK’s Sales Support function, you will manage the end-to-end sales order process while ensuring an excellent experience for both internal and external customers.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, vendors, suppliers, and clients, you’ll build strong relationships and help drive service excellence.
The role also involves supporting process improvements, inspiring colleagues, and contributing to initiatives that enhance how we operate.
What you will do
- Be the initial point of contact for co-workers in your Sales Support Team, reviewing their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently, whilst looking for a proactive future approach
- Oversee, manage and approve team absences ensuring that the team’s schedule is well-managed and service levels are not impacted
- Arrange and manage team meetings, 121s and PMP reviews. Providing feedback and support to help the team achieve their goals
- Address and manage escalations raised, ensuring that they are resolved within a timely manner and to the customer’s satisfaction
- Provide comprehensive training to new starters, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively
- Participate in interviews
- Review performance of co workers and address professionally

- Possess a strong understanding of the Sales Support role, including key responsibilities and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills

- Detailed knowledge in the use of CRM systems, ERP solutions and reporting tools
