As a Sales Solution Lead, reporting to the VP -Sales you’ll play a critical role in supporting the sales organization by providing deep product expertise and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. You will focus on articulating the value of Nasdaq Trade Surveillance, understanding client regulatory and market surveillance needs, and supporting the full sales cycle through effective solution positioning across Continental Europe. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to support opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and deal progression for Nasdaq Trade Surveillance.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on trade and market surveillance concepts, regulatory requirements, and Nasdaq product capabilities.
- Lead client presentations and clearly articulate the value and differentiation of the product solutions.
- Engage with client stakeholders across Compliance, Market Surveillance, Risk, Operations, and IT functions.
- Support the full sales cycle by contributing to RFPs and RFIs, handling objections, and positioning Nasdaq solutions against competitors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing/sales, or equivalent practical experience.
- Several years of relevant professional experience, including client‑facing or solution‑oriented roles.
- Strong expertise in trade and market surveillance, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to translate regulatory and business needs into clear solution narratives and use cases.
- Strong communication skills with experience working closely with sales teams and senior client stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with capital markets, FinTech, or surveillance solutions in a regulated environment.
- Strong expertise of market abuse trends, regulatory developments, and surveillance procedures.
- Experience supporting sales activities across multiple countries or regions.
This position will be located in London and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
