The Revenue & Growth Manager for WMUK will be essential in the successful execution of our digital marketing strategies across all key platforms. Reporting to the Growth Director, the role involves managing day‑to‑day platform campaigns, ensuring artists maximise reach and engagement, and converting performance into tangible commercial results.
Responsibilities
- Campaign execution: Execute marketing campaigns across social, video, and DSPs by spearheading the end‑to‑end delivery of partnership initiatives, while providing strategic ideation and support for label‑led artist campaigns.
- Data analysis & reporting: Support a data‑first approach by monitoring campaign performance metrics, utilising audience analytics, and preparing weekly performance reports. Identify optimisation opportunities within platform mechanics and audience segmentation to support revenue growth goals.
- Platform opportunity scouting: Support the R&G team’s strategic roadmap by actively researching emerging platform opportunities and providing analysis on potential revenue drivers, including social commerce, digital tokens, and MCNs.
- Internal liaison & support: Work closely with label marketing managers and label streaming leads, providing them with the necessary tools, data, and guidance to execute effective platform campaigns. Assist the Growth Director in preparing materials to pitch for high‑value editorial support and partnership activations.
- Platform expertise: Maintain a deep, current understanding of the major music streaming and social platforms (TikTok, Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music). Serve as a primary resource for label teams on platform best practices, algorithm changes, and technical requirements.
- Platform relationship support: Assist the Growth Director in managing and maintaining relationships with platform partners by preparing meeting materials, coordinating follow‑ups, and tracking progress on strategic initiatives.
- Audience development: Work with the labels to assist on building strategies for audience development for a diverse range of campaigns for all levels of artists, supporting them on social growth, super fan community building, digital activations and more.

Qualifications
