Now, DV group affiliates include two broker dealers, a cryptocurrency market making firm, and a bourgeoning investment adviser.
We are seeking a Quantitative Trader with 1–3 years of experience to help build and scale a systematic equities trading business. This role combines quantitative research, strategy development and live trading. The position offers meaningful ownership, direct impact on trading performance, and a path to increased risk-taking responsibility.
Job Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimize systematic equity trading strategies
- Conduct quantitative research using statistical and/or machine learning techniques
- Analyze large datasets to identify alpha signals and trading opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering to improve trading infrastructure and execution
- Monitor live strategies, manage risk, and adjust models in real time
- Evaluate performance and continuously refine strategies based on results
- Contribute to building a scalable equities trading platform and process
- 1–3 years of experience in quantitative trading, research, or a related field
- Active SIE and Series 57 licenses required
- Strong programming skills (Python required; C++/Java a plus)
- Solid understanding of equity market structure and execution
- Experience with statistical modeling, time series analysis, or machine learning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
