We’re looking for a creative, culture-driven publicist who is passionate about music, storytelling and shaping how artists connect with audiences. You’ll play a key role in defining how our diverse roster of artists are seen, heard and talked about, leading campaigns that cut through the noise and create meaningful cultural moments. Working across a wide range of artists, you’ll develop thoughtful, high-impact publicity strategies spanning digital platforms, emerging media, and traditional press.

This is a role that goes beyond reactive pitching. We’re looking for someone who can proactively spot opportunities, generate original ideas, and bring fresh thinking to how artists show up in culture. You’ll be responsible for delivering integrated campaigns across digital, podcast, online and print, while building unexpected partnerships that help our artists reach audiences in new and exciting ways. Success in this role looks like creating campaigns that people genuinely talk about, and delivering visibility for our artists that is as unique as they are.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, creative and forward-thinking environment where music is always at the centre.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors and tastemakers across digital, podcast and traditional media
  • Lead and execute innovative, multi-channel press campaigns across a diverse roster of artists
  • Stay up to date with trends and innovations across the digital and media landscape
  • Support artist promo activity, including photoshoots, interviews and content filming where appropriate
  • Develop creative campaign ideas and storytelling angles for pitching to digital and media partners
  • Write compelling pitches, press releases and artist biographies
  • Contribute creative ideas and strategic thinking in team and campaign meetings
  • Support artist signing processes by contributing to pitch meetings and narrative development
  • Act as a trusted partner to artists and managers, providing clear and considered guidance during sensitive or complex press situations
  • Champion Columbia artists by attending gigs, building buzz and maximising press opportunities wherever possible

Who you are:

  • Experienced across digital PR, traditional media, podcasts and emerging platforms
  • Well-connected, with an established network spanning press, digital media, creatives and industry partners
  • Experience working across both UK and international (particularly US) artist campaigns
  • Able to manage a varied and fast-moving artist roster with strong prioritisation skills
  • Highly knowledgeable about existing content series, platforms and media landscapes in the UK and globally
  • A creative thinker, with a track record of generating original and impactful campaign ideas
  • Passionate about discovering new opportunities and pushing beyond traditional PR approaches
  • Able to tell compelling artist stories and translate them into engaging media narratives
  • Confident in core PR fundamentals, including media relations, pitching and campaign execution
  • Strong writing skills, with experience creating press materials such as releases and biographies
  • Experienced in working directly with artists and managers, building trusted and professional relationships
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

What we give you:

  • You join a vibrant global community with the opportunity to channel your passion every day
  • A modern office environment designed for you, empowering you to bring your best
  • Investment in your professional growth and development enabling you to thrive in our vibrant community
  • The space to accelerate progress, positively disrupt and create what happens next
  • We give you the platform to champion positive change, with the opportunity to contribute to our social impact, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
  • We provide an excellent range of benefits like private medical cover, a generous pension scheme, life assurance, income protection, plus loads of music industry perks. There’s also time off over winter break
