The Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Owner to lead the development of Nevis’ AI‑first product experiences. In this role, you will work at the intersection of machine learning, generative AI, product strategy, and user experience turning complex user problems into seamless intelligent automations for financial advisors and their teams. You’ll work directly with best‑in‑class engineers and designers, define product requirements, shape the roadmap, drive execution and strategically decide on important trade‑offs to deliver high‑impact innovative features and products that supercharge our users and help them focus on clients instead of admin. What You’ll Do
- Own the AI product roadmap, driving prioritisation and execution of features that leverage Nevis’ intelligence layer.
- Translate high‑level business and user problems into clear, actionable product requirements, scope features and define priorities.
- Manage a team of world‑class engineers, designers and product builders. And be the ultimate owner of the final solution quality and delivery timelines.
- Apply technological and product expertise together with first‑principles thinking to define AI product development strategy.
- Put users and solving users’ problems in front and centre of the team’s focus and goals. Formulate these goals in a set of clear and measurable success metrics.
- Communicate priorities, insights, and progress clearly across the business, ensuring tight alignment between engineering, operations, and leadership.
- Champion user experience and constantly working on making it even better.
Who You Are
- Hands on experience with LLMs.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful AI‑native products, preferable at scale.
- Proven ability to manage engineering teams and navigate ML/Engineering system design decisions trade‑offs.
- Passionate about transformative AI technologies, deep understanding of all modern Gen AI and agentic product development patterns, their pros and cons.
- Deep empathy for users and a track record of shipping impactful products with great UX.
- Excellent prioritisation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proactive and creative problem solver with 'get it done' attitude.
