About the Role
We are looking for a Director, Principal Transformation Advisor to join our Product Marketing department, reporting to the Global Director of EBC Product Marketing. This role is based at our London office. You will own how we engage with customers as part of our Executive Briefing Program, operating at the intersection of technology strategy, storytelling, and executive engagement. As a highly credible, business-minded technology leader, you will act as the face of our Executive Briefing Center (EBC) experience, delivering compelling, tailored presentations to CIOs, CISOs, and senior technology leaders, translating complex technology into clear business outcomes, strengthening strategic relationships, and generating action-oriented outcomes.
Role Expectations
- Drive high-impact Executive Briefings for strategic enterprise customers and prospects by delivering tailored presentations that connect technology strategy to business outcomes, risk reduction, and growth while facilitating real-time discussions.
- Co-develop and continuously refine a world-class executive narrative around key themes including AI, security, and digital transformation, simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories.
- Collaborate with account teams to deeply understand each customer’s environment, priorities, and challenges using in-house data and public research to ensure every session feels bespoke and high-value.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to bring the right specialized speakers into each briefing, influencing internal stakeholders and contributing to the feedback loop from the field to leadership.
- Help define and scale a best-in-class EBC experience in EMEA by upholding high presentation standards, storytelling frameworks, and mentoring internal speakers to elevate overall briefing quality.
Success Profile
- You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. True ownership involves leveraging dynamic range: the ability to navigate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- You thrive in ambiguity. You’re comfortable building the path as you walk it. You thrive in a dynamic environment, seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful.
- You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
- You are customer-obsessed. You build deep empathy for both internal and external customers, anchoring your decisions in solving their real-world problems. You champion their needs from start to finish, knowing their success is our success.
- You are a pragmatic builder. You are obsessed with creating, iterating, and shipping. You balance the drive for technical excellence with the need to deliver value to users quickly, never afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology, with experience in roles such as Field CTO, Product/Solutions Consulting, Systems/Sales Engineering, or Audience/Customer Marketing.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT, security, networking, cloud, and AI.
- Proven experience working closely with large, complex organizations and strategic accounts.
- Hands-on expertise in zero trust, SASE, SSE, or related cybersecurity domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Outstanding storytelling, writing, and communication skills paired with strong organizational and project management abilities to adapt without losing focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident and credible presentation skills with a track record of crafting and facilitating compelling, outcome-focused technology conversations for CISOs, architects, and IT decision-makers.
