As a Pre‐Sales AI Consultant at WalkMe, you will work closely with Sales and Presales teams across EMEA to support customers in evaluating, adopting, and scaling WalkMe AI. You will help align customer AI strategies, architectures, and business objectives with WalkMe's AI capabilities, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. This role is highly customer‐facing and hands‐on. You will guide technical discovery, lead AI‐focused demonstrations and proofs of concept, and support customers as they assess how WalkMe AI fits into their broader enterprise AI initiatives. You will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure customer feedback and market insights are effectively shared and acted upon.
The role reports to the VP of Presales, EMEA and supports customers across the region, with a primary focus on markets where WalkMe has a strong presence: DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), UK, Ireland, Israel.
What You'll Own
- Strong experience working with generative and contextual AI, including exposure to LLMs, AI architectures, deployment models, prompt development, and enterprise security considerations.
- A minimum of 7–8 years of experience in SaaS, working with enterprise customers in a presales, sales engineering, consulting, or solutions architecture capacity.
- An AI‐first approach to work, using AI tools thoughtfully to increase speed, quality, and effectiveness while applying judgment and ownership to outputs.
- Ability to examine, interpret, and clearly articulate complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical depth, from engineers to executive stakeholders.
- Experience designing and delivering compelling demonstrations and technical walkthroughs for both technical and non‐technical audiences.
- A strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and the business context in which AI solutions are evaluated and deployed.
- Ability to synthesize customer feedback and communicate insights clearly to Product Management and Engineering teams.
What You Need to Succeed
- Partner with WalkMe Account Executives and Presales teams across EMEA, taking a consultative role in customer evaluations of WalkMe AI.
- Lead AI‐focused discovery sessions, answer technical and architectural questions, and guide customers through solution design considerations.
- Build, customize, and deliver product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of WalkMe AI.
- Manage technical proofs of concept, both remotely and onsite, including coordination with internal Engineering and Support teams when needed.
- Develop strong technical relationships with customer stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted AI advisor.
- Support escalations and complex technical discussions, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
- Participate in regional field activities such as customer events, executive briefings, and internal enablement sessions.
- Act as a conduit between customers and internal teams by sharing structured feedback on product gaps, market trends, and customer needs.
