Join Avanade as a Power Platform Consultant, where your expertise in Microsoft technologies will be the driving force behind delivering cutting-edge solutions to FTSE 250/100 and global organisations. As an accomplished software technology expert, you’ll craft quality Power Platform solutions using the entire Power Platform offering, as well as the related Microsoft 365 and Azure services. Key responsibilities:

  • Enable powerful Automation & AI functions within our clients by establishing and growing their Power Platform capabilities
  • Designing and implementing Agentic AI end to end Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions
  • Communicating with stakeholders to capture, analyse and document requirements
  • Developing multi-agent solutions, Copilot Studio (PVA), Canvas apps, Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Dataverse artefacts, AI Builder, Business Process Flows, Model Driven Apps, Power Pages
  • Engaging directly with teams within the client and Avanade environments to share your knowledge and upskill them
  • Staying up to date with the latest features and functionality of AI, Power Platform and wider Microsoft Stack
  • Identify opportunities to improve and gain efficiencies for existing processes

Technical skills and experience:

  • Experience in working with Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents
  • Expertise in Power Automate Flows (both desktop and cloud) and computer use
  • Expertise in Canvas and model-driven app development
  • Experience with Dataverse tables and data formats such as XML and JSON
  • Competent understanding of Microsoft 365 including M365 Copilot Teams, SharePoint-related infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft 365 SDK
  • Knowledge of Model Context Protocol, Agent to Agent and LLM selection an advantage
  • Software development experience, including proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, JavaScript, JSON, React and related scripting, .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET), REST services & PowerShell desirable
  • Nice to have – experience of Power Pages
