The Role

We’re looking for a Partnerships & Campaign Manager to lead the pitching (sell in) and delivery of best-in-class brand campaigns while acting as a trusted, client-facing partner. This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of client servicing, account management and campaign delivery. You’ll take ownership of projects from brief through to execution—working across a diverse mix of partnerships including talent, content, experiential, podcast and sports marketing. You’ll be as comfortable in front of clients as you are managing complex delivery—connecting the dots between brands, rights holders, creators and production partners to bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Client Leadership & Servicing
    • Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
    • Confidently lead conversations, manage expectations and guide clients through delivery
    • Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs and solutions
  • Campaign & Partnership Delivery
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of partnership campaigns across content, talent, experiential and media integrations
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
    • Oversee timelines, budgets, stakeholders and outputs to ensure high-quality execution
    • Act as the central connector between clients, internal teams and external partners
  • Brief Response & Opportunity Spotting
    • Take client briefs and shape smart, culturally relevant responses
    • Proactively identify opportunities for partnerships, integrations and campaign extensions
    • Work with strategy and creative teams to develop compelling partnership ideas
  • Partnership & Stakeholder Management
    • Build and manage relationships with talent, creators, production partners, rights holders and media platforms
    • Navigate complex partnership ecosystems (e.g. studios, talent teams, event partners)
    • Ensure all parties are aligned and delivering against campaign objectives
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams across creative, strategy, production and experiential
    • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-6 years experience in an agency or similar fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience delivering multi-channel partnership campaigns (e.g. talent/influencer, content, events, sponsorship, podcasts, sports)
  • Strong client-facing and account handling skills—confident, credible and solutions-oriented
  • Experience managing end-to-end campaign delivery, including logistics and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to take a brief, spot opportunities and build compelling responses
  • Comfortable working across a wide range of disciplines and formats
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
  • Happy to be in the office three days a week minimum and in front of clients – often working from their offices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ideal Profile

  • Has worked across a broad mix of partnerships—from creators and celebrities to content and live experiences
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, multi-project agency environment
  • Equally strong at big-picture thinking and detail-oriented execution
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Passionate about culture, entertainment and how brands show up within it

We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
