Key Responsibilities:
  • 5 years of experience in partner management, customer success and implementation.
  • You get assigned a portfolio of partners. They are YOUR TEAM. You manage their ramp, performance, & long‑term success:
    • Dedicate a fixed amount of time to assist in their active implementations.
    • Organize & support their internal training.
    • Monitor the progress of their implementations & report on it internally.
    • Our team runs the consultant’s certification program. Expect to run the trainings, meet a lot of people, assess and certify them.
    • Act as the main point of contact for the qualification and initial training of new partners.
    • Support the Partner Excellence Program through operational tasks, process improvements, and other initiatives: mostly training & reporting (in Pigment).
    • Collaborate closely with the Partner Account Manager to align the sales strategy and the quality of partners’ work.
Who you are:
  • Leading experience in managing EPM or related implementations, ideally with a team of partners.
  • Strong technical background (with experience in EPM ideally) or related products.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Experience in partner management, customer success, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
