Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative fullstack developer (2-3 years experience) to join our highly ambitious team, helping us deliver digital products that will enhance our position as the leading Digital Cancer Care solution. As a full-time member of an exciting Central London company, you will work collaboratively across the Scrum teams, as well as closely with the rest of Careology. This role is UK based with expected travel to London monthly.

We are looking for the following key skills, experience and behaviours:

  • Core Languages: Professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Frontend: Strong proficiency in React JS.
  • Mobile: Experience with Capacitor JS or similar hybrid mobile frameworks (e.g., Ionic, React Native) is a plus.
  • APIs: Experience working with and building APIs, preferably GraphQL.
  • Testing: Solid understanding of Unit and Integration testing.
  • Backend & Cloud: Familiarity with AWS and database management, specifically SQL and MySQL.
  • Version Control: Strong Git skills.
  • AI Coding Partners: Working knowledge of AI Vibe Coding tools e.g. Co-pilot / Claude code / Cursor.
