The Executive Head of Global Hybrid Data Center for NTT Data’s Technology Solutions business is a key senior leadership role, responsible for YoY profitable growth of the global Technology Solutions Hybrid Data Center Tower. They will define and drive the Data Center (DC) growth strategy in partnership with regional Technology Solutions and IT services teams. The role reports to the Global Head of Sales & Solutions and leads the global DC business practice.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop a global framework for revenue growth in the DC business, driving implementation and delivery through regional leads and teams.
  • Matrix P&L responsibility for the Global Hybrid DC practice, ensuring success across regional sales and solutions leaders.
  • Grow pipeline and ACV bookings, increasing premium service attach to deals.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure a clear product/solution strategy and roadmap prioritization.
  • Align service offer strategy with services, ensuring differentiation.
  • Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to enhance data center capabilities and services.
  • Develop best practices for data center management, including capacity planning, disaster recovery, and security.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies, implementing continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and scalability.

Other Key Responsibilities

  • Define markets for products and solutions and execute go‑to‑market strategies to achieve customer adoption, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Provide leadership, development, and oversight for annual strategic GTM plans in assigned geographies or product portfolios.
  • Consistently implement GTM strategies for product launches and marketing programs across global, regional, and local customer segments.
  • Translate GTM strategies into detailed marketing plans with clear tactics and accountabilities.
  • Translate consumer needs into product requirements, working with product management and development teams.
  • Drive joint initiatives across teams such as product management, sales, channels, client services, operations, and marketing.
  • Integrate product marketing with data, channel, and product partners.
  • Execute marketing activities for a portfolio of complex products/services through their full lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement go‑to‑market strategies and tactical execution for product launches with various functional areas.
  • Deploy a GTM framework that provides a commercial blueprint for proposition launches.
