Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking an experienced Human Factors Managing Consultant to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a specialist role within one of the world’s leading sustainability consultancies—where Human Factors and Technical Safety come together in a uniquely integrated offering that stands out in the marketplace. Ideal Profile
- Strong Human Factors & Ergonomics expertise, ideally with oil & gas industry experience and COMAH site exposure
- Professional accreditation, with CIEHF Chartership highly desirable
- Experienced with Human Factors integration (HFI) in engineering projects (including HFE design reviews, SCTA / QHRA assessments etc.)
- The ability to lead projects, guide clients, and deliver high‑quality technical work
