We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our global infrastructure team to manage and evolve our production technology environment. Responsible for the end-to-end reliability, security, and scalability of our production infrastructure — spanning cloud services, digital asset management (DAM) platforms, file sharing and collaboration tools (including Box), and the systems that support our media agency operations globally. This is a hands‑on role: you will get into the detail of configuration, incident resolution, and vendor management. You will work closely with production, creative, and engineering teams to ensure infrastructure keeps pace with the demands of a fast‑moving agency environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Production Infrastructure: Deployment, and day‑to‑day management of production infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime and performance across all environments. Define and enforce infrastructure standards, documentation, and incident response procedures for production systems. Lead capacity planning and scaling decisions to support agency growth and campaign delivery demands. Manage infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact production.
- Cloud Services: Manage cloud environments across Google Drive, Box, Lucid Link applying best practices for security, cost optimisation, and resilience. Lead cloud migration initiatives and drive continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure to support agency workflows.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM): Administer and optimise the organisation’s Digital Asset Management platform(s), ensuring reliable ingestion, storage, retrieval, and distribution of media assets at scale. Collaborate with creative and production teams to manage access control policies. Ensure DAM infrastructure is resilient, backed up, and compliant with data retention requirements.
- Box & Collaboration Platforms: Administration, configuration, and governance of Box and Lucid link. Manage user provisioning, permissions structures, integrations with third‑party tools (e.g., Wrike, Adobe Creative Cloud), and compliance settings. Drive adoption of best‑practice folder structures, sharing policies, and audit trails. Serve as the primary escalation point for Box‑related incidents and work with Box support to resolve complex platform issues.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all infrastructure is operating in line with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and relevant data protection requirements (GDPR, CCPA). Maintain patch management and vulnerability remediation programmes across production systems. Conduct regular access reviews and penetration testing coordination.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of infrastructure management or senior infrastructure engineering experience within a media agency, creative agency, or production environment.
- Proven hands‑on experience administering Box at an enterprise level, including security and compliance configuration.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure), ideally across multiple.
- Direct experience managing or supporting Digital Asset Management platforms (e.g., Projective).
- Solid networking fundamentals: DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, load balancing, Meraki firewall management.
- Strong incident management skills with experience leading P1/P2 incident response.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. If you want to join our collaborative team, we invite you to apply today with your resume in English.
Additional Information
- Reward: You’ll be eligible to join our discretionary annual bonus scheme.
- Custom Work Environment: Work remotely for up to 60% of your days and shape your day between 8am and 6:30pm with flexible working hours.
- Family Support: Enjoy 14 weeks of paid leave for primary caregivers and 4 weeks of paid leave for secondary caregivers. We also provide £1000 (or equivalent) towards courses for returning primary caregivers to support your transition back into work.
