- Identifying mechanics to drive enthusiast buyer health
- Working with Analytics to track Buyer Health and understand most impactful levers
- Working with CRM and Buyer Success teams to drive enthusiast engagement throughout the funnel and across owned channels
- Improving end to end experience for our buyers and Buyer CSAT drivers
- Understanding drivers of CSAT issues and building plans to address them
- Collaborating with APAC team on improving CBT import experience and associated CSAT
- Review and propose ways to improve retail standards for buyers (segmented by Focus Experiences)
- Oversee end to end delivery proposition for buyers, ensuring clear and reliable information
- Collaborating with partner teams on new launches to improve enthusiast buyer health
- Identifying opportunities to drive Live adoption through the experience
