Role Summary

The Client Relationship & Relationship Intelligence Lead owns the relationship intelligence system across global clients. The role focuses on building, running, and evolving the systems, data, and processes that enable WPP Media to understand, manage, and activate senior client relationships at scale. It is a system ownership role that combines design, structure, and operational delivery, ensuring relationship insight is consistently captured, activated, and embedded into how the business operates. The role plays a central part in turning relationship data into meaningful action and value.

  • Own and operate the relationship intelligence system and operating model
  • Manage advocacy data, insight flows, and activation processes
