- Build business cases and evaluate market expansion opportunities across partnerships, pricing, channels, and new market entry strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Content, Partnerships, Lifecycle, Finance, and Global GTM teams to execute regional growth initiatives.
- Optimize customer acquisition and lifecycle performance through experimentation, analytics, and performance insights across digital, partnership, and media channels.
- Provide regional market insights and strategic recommendations to improve product-market fit, content relevance, and user experience.
- Support strategic partnerships with telcos, pay-TV providers, aggregators, payment partners, and other distribution platforms.
- Own regional KPI tracking and performance reporting across subscriber growth, revenue, CAC, LTV, churn, and channel performance.
- Translate complex data and insights into clear recommendations, GTM frameworks, and actionable growth plans.
- Help develop scalable GTM playbooks, best practices, and experimentation frameworks across European markets.
This role follows a hybrid schedule, with three days per week onsite at our London office.
About You
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, go-to-market, growth, or business operations roles within streaming, entertainment, media, consumer technology, or telecom industries in Europe.
- Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) and/or leading international expansion and GTM initiatives in high-growth environments is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the European media and digital ecosystem, including streaming platforms, telcos/ISPs, payments, and distribution partnerships, with particular expertise in Spain and Italy.
- Proven track record of using data, analytics, and commercial insights to drive subscriber growth, revenue, engagement, and market expansion.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, including experience with forecasting, financial modeling, business case development, and executive-level presentations.
- Experience developing market-entry strategies, regional growth plans, and scalable GTM frameworks across multiple markets.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and complex cross-functional environments while influencing stakeholders across global and regional teams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working across multiple European markets and cultures; fluency in English required, with Spanish or Italian language skills a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and business performance analysis; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
- Passion for anime, entertainment, streaming, gaming, or youth culture is a strong plus.
