We're looking for a Finance Integration Lead to own the project management and execution of our finance systems integration (covering ERP and Source-to-Pay) on behalf of Depop's finance team.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, knows how to translate system change into workable, well‑documented processes, and can provide clear, confident leadership throughout a complex integration programme; bringing structure and clarity to the team at every stage.
Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end project management for Depop of the finance systems integration workstream, including programme planning, milestone tracking, risk and issue management.
- Serve as the primary finance representative in cross‑functional integration workstreams, ensuring Depop's finance priorities, constraints and timelines are clearly communicated and advocated for.
- Lead a review of current finance processes, systems and data flows, producing clear documentation of the as‑is state as a baseline for integration planning.
- Identify process gaps, risks and interdependencies arising from the transition to new ERP and S2P systems, and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of new finance processes and controls required as a result of system changes or new group‑level requirements, ensuring they are practical, scalable and well‑documented.
- Coordinate Depop's readiness for key integration milestones including data migration, system configuration sign‑off, user acceptance testing (UAT) and go‑live.
- Act as a change management lead for the finance team through the transition – developing communication plans, coordinating training, and supporting colleagues in adopting new ways of working.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with counterparts on the systems integration team, advocating clearly for finance's priorities, constraints and ways of working.
- Maintain a clear view of business continuity risks during the transition period and work proactively to ensure finance operations remain stable throughout.
- Key requirements
- Proven experience in finance systems integration or ERP/S2P implementation projects, ideally in a fast‑moving or scale‑up environment.
- Strong project management skills: you can hold a complex workstream together without needing everything to be defined upfront.
- Hands‑on finance process knowledge: you understand how AP, AR, procurement and reporting workflows actually function day‑to‑day.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills: comfortable presenting upward and working cross‑functionally.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: this role will require pragmatic decision‑making where scope is still being defined.
- Experience with common ERP platforms (e. g. Net Suite, SAP, Oracle) and S2P tools (e. g. Coupa, Zip, Workday).
- Bonus
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA & Ariba S2P.
- Experience with Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) requirements.
- Experience with AI deployment for finance.
