Do you want to work for one of the world's leading medical device companies? As an Enabling Tech Clinical Support Specialist, you will provide expert clinical and technical support for Stryker's Q Guidance spine and cranial navigation systems, as well as legacy Nav3i and Airo systems. You will partner closely with surgeons, OR teams, and internal sales colleagues to ensure successful installation, training, and long-term adoption of advanced navigation technology.
This is a field-based role with approximately 80% travel, combining remote first-line support with extensive on-site clinical presence, including intraoperative guidance and hands-on training in hospital environments.
What you will do:
- Provide field-based clinical and technical support for Q Guidance, legacy Nav3i, and Airo CT systems, including first-line troubleshooting.
- Deliver on-site clinical and intraoperative support to maximize system utilization and clinical value.
- Train surgeons and OR teams on system use, workflows, and best practices.
- Lead installation and integration of navigation systems and related healthcare IT solutions.
- Support regional sales teams through pre-sales demonstrations and clinical expertise.
- Act as first point of contact for remote customer support and training.
- Resolve customer issues in line with service and escalation protocols.
- Drive successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Application Engineers and sales teams as one Enabling Technologies unit.
What you need:
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Medical, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business.
- Proven ability to quickly learn, understand, and communicate complex medical technology and clinical workflows.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills, suited to a field-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support surgeons and clinical teams.
- Strong customer-first mindset, with a high level of professionalism and service orientation.
- Stress resistance and strong problem-solving skills.
- Natural ability to build relationships and understand the needs of others.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze written specifications.
- Solid computer proficiency, including standard tools such as Excel.
