THE OPPORTUNITY: There are billions of Business Professionals and Consumers who want to be both creative and efficient. The job of the BP&C sales team is to bring this guiding message to our enterprise customers and show how Adobe can provide value against a new host of productivity products in the market.

BUSINESS GOALS: The BP&C team will be responsible for Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Express in the enterprise segment, focusing on interconnected enterprise workflows that allow business professionals to produce highly designed and creative output.

ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced Second-Line Sales Manager to lead and scale our Business Professional & Consumer sales organisation across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for managing and developing first-line sales managers, driving pipeline and revenue growth, and ensuring strong execution in a complex, multi-market environment.

  • Regional Pipeline & Growth Leadership: Own and drive regional pipeline generation strategy across EMEA, ensuring consistent execution through first-line managers.
  • Deal Execution & Forecast Excellence: Provide leadership oversight across deal cycles, ensuring quality discovery and effective progression to close.
  • Manager Development & Coaching: Lead, coach, and develop first-line sales managers, building their capability to run effective pipeline and deal reviews.
  • Executive & Line-of-Business Engagement: Enable teams to effectively sell to C-level and senior line-of-business leaders.
  • Portfolio & Ecosystem Leadership: Ensure effective use of Adobe's broader ecosystem, promoting strong understanding of customer technology environments.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Proven experience leading managers of sales teams in a multi-country or regional role. Strong track record of driving predictable pipeline and revenue growth in enterprise or B2B sales environments. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles. Strong executive presence, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
