We are recruiting for a Director of Housekeeping to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London.
SHIFT PATTERN: 39 hours, 5 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Ensure departmental administration is carried out efficiently and log-in systems are accurate at all times.
- Monitor and administer payroll forecasts & actuals through effective planning.
- Monitor expenditure, ensuring compliance with the annual budget.
- Source and implement efficient set-up for guest amenities and linen supplies.
- Maintain all linen in accordance with operating needs and par stock, building strong relationships with third-party suppliers and addressing quality concerns.
- Work on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week, with flexibility for morning, evening, night, weekends and bank holidays.
