We are seeking a Bullhorn Data & Support Coordinator to join La Fosse, playing a key role in maintaining an accurate, well‑managed and user‑friendly commercial database. La Fosse is on an exciting digital transformation journey, with Bullhorn at the centre of how our recruiters and commercial teams operate each day. High‑quality data is critical to our success, and this role is essential in ensuring our platform remains reliable, consistent and effective. This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented position at the intersection of data quality and frontline commercial support. You will act as the first point of contact for Bullhorn queries, while managing day‑to‑day data cleansing, record maintenance and administrative tasks that underpin the integrity of the system. You will work closely with the Bullhorn Systems & Data Integration Manager, who will guide priorities and support your development.

Requirements

  • Bullhorn support
    • Act as the first point of contact for Bullhorn queries from recruiters, Executive Assistants and team leads, supporting with how‑to questions, record updates and basic troubleshooting.
    • Triage support requests, resolving straightforward issues and escalating more complex queries where required.
    • Maintain a support log and identify recurring issues that may require system or training improvements.
    • Deliver onboarding sessions for new users and keep guidance materials accurate and up to date.
  • Data cleansing and record management
    • Manage ongoing data cleansing activities, including merging duplicate records, correcting data errors and standardising formats.
    • Carry out proactive data quality checks across candidate, contact and company records.
    • Monitor agreed data quality metrics and highlight any emerging issues.
    • Support GDPR‑related activities, including Right to Erasure requests, data minimisation checks and record archiving in line with retention policies.
  • Operational administration
    • Support bulk data updates, list management and field population tasks as required.
    • Assist with job board feed management and candidate record maintenance linked to active campaigns.
    • Carry out user administration tasks such as account creation, permission updates and access log maintenance under the guidance of the Systems Manager.
    • Contribute to the documentation of standard operating procedures for Bullhorn data management.
  • Reporting and insight
    • Produce standard Bullhorn reports and dashboards for the commercial team.
    • Identify data anomalies or trends that may indicate wider issues.
    • Support the preparation of regular data quality updates for stakeholders.

  • Commercial teams receive timely and helpful support for Bullhorn queries.
  • The data cleansing backlog is actively reduced, with clear improvements in data quality over time.
  • Candidate, contact and company records are accurate, deduplicated and GDPR compliant.

About you

  • Essential
    • Working knowledge of Bullhorn, with confidence navigating the system, editing records and running basic reports.
    • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
    • Organised and methodical, able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Clear and approachable communicator, comfortable supporting non‑technical users.
    • A genuine interest in data quality and its impact on business performance.
  • Desirable
    • Experience within a recruitment environment in a coordination, resourcing, operations or data support role.
    • Understanding of GDPR in a recruitment context, particularly in relation to candidate data.
    • Exposure to additional Bullhorn modules such as Analytics, Automation, Back Office, Data Replication, Datahub or Amplify.
    • Experience using Excel or similar tools for data validation and manipulation.
    • Ambition to progress into a senior Bullhorn administration or data management role.
