Responsibilities
- Assist with the full lifecycle of securitisation transactions for a diverse client base across EMEA.
- Support origination and execution of securitised products for corporate clients, focusing on trade receivables for investment‑grade corporates and sponsor portfolio companies.
- Execute securitisation transaction renewals, amendments and waivers in the corporate sector.
- Participate in the execution of securitisation and receivables financing products for JCIB clients.
- Analyse structural risk memoranda, review legal documentation, perform cash‑flow modelling and conduct due diligence on transactions.
- Lead or support deal‑closing processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and communicating with all parties.
- Liaise directly with counterpart clients to address queries and deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulatory developments related to securitisation and market best practices.
- Build strong relationships across departments to promote effective collaboration.
- Support senior originators in expanding the public ABS franchise in EMEA.
Qualifications
- A degree‑level education or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrable experience working on securitisation transactions within EMEA, in either a structuring or execution role.
- Background in securitisation, structured finance, or working capital finance from banks, rating agencies or advisory firms.
- Legal, accounting or credit experience is an advantage.
- Strong problem‑solving and commercial acumen to navigate complex deals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills for building relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluency in any European language is an asset but not mandatory.
- Collaboration mindset and networking capabilities to thrive in diverse teams.
