The Role: A dedicated and technically able lawyer, looking to move to a collaborative, lean and energetic team. The role involves commercial real estate work, including but not limited to:

  • Day to day asset management work
  • Acquisition and disposals
  • Development work
  • Corporate transactional investment
  • Real estate finance (from a real estate perspective)

Experience, Skills and personal attributes: The candidate should have excellent training and should have some experience in asset management, transactional investment and general commercial property law experience. The candidate will have worked at a city, national or large regional or US law firm with a recognised property practice.
