Drive transformation across front-to-back investment platforms using Aladdin.

The Role

We are expanding our Wealth and Asset Management capability and are seeking experienced Aladdin professionals to support growing client demand across front-to-back platform transformation. You will play a key role in delivering complex change programmes, working across business and technology teams to unlock the full potential of the Aladdin platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the delivery of Aladdin implementation, upgrade, and integration programmes.
  • Configure and optimise Aladdin workflows across OMS, compliance, risk, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with front office, risk, and operations teams to define business and technical requirements.
  • Support data integration and migration activities into Aladdin.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working with the BlackRock Aladdin platform.
  • Experience in at least one of: implementation/configuration, integration/data migration, or front office/risk usage with project exposure.
  • Strong understanding of investment management processes.
  • Experience across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with Aladdin Data Cloud (ADC).
  • Knowledge of OMS, IBOR/ABOR, and compliance frameworks.
  • Technical skills such as Python, SQL, or APIs.
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.
  • Exposure to target operating model design within investment organisations.
