We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivables Specialist to support pipeline generation and sales acceleration across FIS’s Office of the CFO (oCFO) solutions. This role will focus on driving top-of-funnel activity within the Accounts Receivables and Payables space, working closely with Sales to qualify opportunities and build a high-quality pipeline. Acting as a subject matter expert (SME), you will help enhance deal qualification, improve conversion rates, and strengthen FIS’s market positioning.
You will collaborate across Business Units, Sales, Marketing, Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, and Pre-Sales teams to support revenue growth and ensure strong alignment on strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Engagement
- Act as an SME to support direct sales teams in positioning oCFO solutions across client engagements.
- Assist in opportunity qualification, deal strategy, and early-stage pipeline development.
- Support client meetings, including C-suite presentations on industry trends and market positioning.
- Deliver training and insights to sales teams, enhancing market knowledge and competitive awareness.
- Maintain strong pipeline coverage, with a target of ≥2.5x quota across the assigned region.
- Business Unit Collaboration
- Partner closely with aligned Business Units to drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline performance and growth initiatives.
- Ensure alignment on target markets, solution positioning, and Go-to-Market strategy.
- Solutions & Market Insights
- Provide feedback on product-market fit and identify gaps impacting growth.
- Influence product roadmap by sharing market insights and client feedback.
- Support the articulation of FIS value propositions from a practitioner’s perspective.
- Marketing & Enablement
- Contribute to the development of market messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
- Support lead generation initiatives, including events, campaigns, and BDR activities.
- Partner with Marketing on thought leadership content, including webinars and industry events.
- Act as a speaker at events, delivering insights on Accounts Receivables and oCFO topics.
- Sales Engineering Collaboration
- Work closely with Pre-Sales teams to ensure smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of opportunities within CRM systems.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- 5–10 years’ experience in Accounts Receivables, Credit, or Treasury environments.
- 3+ years’ experience in FinTech or consulting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape within AR and oCFO solutions.
- Proven experience engaging with Senior Director and C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to shape compelling market messaging and positioning.
