About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee the planning and execution of industry-specific marketing activities in a fast‑paced environment across the Europe region. The right candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and executive teams, as well as external agencies and vendors to deliver industry‑leading marketing communications for our most strategic customers. From marketing brief and concept creation to execution, performance measurement, and budgeting, the Marketing Manager – Europe will design performance‑driven marketing activities across all phases of the customer journey, leveraging channels such as paid media, social media, online events, email marketing, and more.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of industry needs and challenges and define comprehensive, product‑specific marketing strategies for the Europe region that align with the company’s overall marketing and business goals, with the objective of increasing the ‘share of wallet’ among existing customers and reaching and converting new prospects.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including regional and global marketing teams, sales and product experts to align on goals, content and messaging.
- Collaborate with product SWAT teams to align on global messaging frameworks and creative concepts.
- Manage the end‑to‑end campaign process in Europe, including campaign plan, customer journeys and budgets.
- Collaborate with our in‑house agency and external agencies from brief development through asset creation and execution, ensuring that agencies deliver high‑quality and innovative work within budget.
- Ensure that marketing activities reflect the company’s brand, purpose and values and are consistent with global brand guidelines.
- Work closely with sales colleagues on personalised and targeted communication to generate leads and expand the decision‑making unit amongst the relevant target audience.
- Work with the Europe Performance Manager to measure the performance of marketing activities to evaluate the Marketing Return on Investment (ROMI) and provide regular updates to senior management on budget status and financial outcomes.
What we are looking for
- Significant experience in campaign marketing and digital marketing, ideally within a global company.
- Experience in a B2B environment is an advantage.
- Profound experience in building multi‑channel campaigns, both organically and with paid media, including PPC, social media and other digital channels.
- Experience in Account Based Marketing (1:1 / 1:few) is an advantage.
- Strong project‑management skills managing different campaigns and marketing activities at the same time, including budgeting and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Profound experience in briefing and working with agencies.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional European languages is an asset.
- University degree in business or marketing or equivalent.
- Ability to travel across Europe.
