Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing client relationships in a live events setting.
  • A solutions oriented, highly organized, and calm under pressure approach.
  • Ability to communicate effectively between clients and production teams.
  • A love for the details just as much as the big picture.
  • A passion for live events, brand experiences, and delivering excellence on the ground.

Depending on Your Level, You Might Be:

  • Account Executive (0–2 yrs exp): Supporting programs with logistics, documentation, and hands-on coordination.
  • Account Manager / Sr. Account Manager (3–6 yrs exp): Managing timelines, scopes, and production alignment.
  • Account Director (6+ yrs exp): Leading accounts and client relationships at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main client point of contact for active programs.
  • Lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans.
  • Work closely with internal creative, production and operations teams.
  • Translate client goals into clear internal direction.
  • Manage onsite execution and post-event wrap.
  • Contribute to organic growth and upselling within accounts.

What You Will Need:

  • 0.5–10+ years of client-facing experience in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of production workflows and timelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders at once.
  • A detail-obsessed, proactive approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • On-site experience required (domestic and/or international a plus).
