Responsible for serving as the EMEA subject matter expert for Salesforce.com and related commercial tools, providing day-to-day support, training new sales hires, and partnering with sales to improve processes.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the EMEA subject matter expert for Salesforce.com and related commercial tools, ensuring effective usage, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
  • Provide day-to-day support to sales by managing cases, troubleshooting data and process issues, and driving improvements in data quality and workflows.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure sales teams are proficient in Salesforce, reporting, dashboards, and core commercial processes.
  • Act as the key interface between sales, IT, and global systems teams to test enhancements, support releases, and translate business needs into system improvements.
  • Partner closely with sales to identify inefficiencies, address performance gaps, and recommend tool, process, and reporting optimizations that maximize selling time and effectiveness.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial related disciplines such as marketing, commercial operations, or sales in a B2B environment.
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills for prompt issue resolution.
  • Strong interest in tools and systems, with previous experience using Salesforce.com and Qlik.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training, both virtual and/or in-person.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • On-site at the GBR-Amersham Place location. Limited travel as required.
