As a Visual Communication Design Intern you will work with our expert design team on a variety of projects in and related to brand identity, across print, digital, and interactive experiences. If you’re creative, motivated, and highly articulate, you’ve come to the right place!
Responsibilities
- Participate in conceptualization and develop preliminary concepts into refined comprehensive design solutions
- Work on logo designs, visual systems, guidelines, and presentations both individually and as part of a team
- Support the production and coordination of design audits
- Conduct background research on identity and create mood boards for projects
- Bring brand stories to life through print, digital interaction, animation, and motion design
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent portfolio of work
- Understanding of how to apply basic design principles to creative work
- Proficiency in Arabic (reading/writing) with an understanding of Arabic typography and local cultural context for concept development (required)
- Demonstrated creative ability across a range of static, dynamic, and interactive media
- Strong technical abilities in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
- Proficiency in digital design, including UX/UI principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to set priorities and manage time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
