The Licensing Coordinator is a hands-on, development-focused role at the centre of the Licensing team. Working closely with the team, you will play a key part in keeping day-to-day content licensing operations running smoothly while gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of content licensing. This role supports a diverse portfolio of content providers across multiple jurisdictions, offering the opportunity to build experience across onboarding, partner coordination, contract administration, and reporting. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Finance, Operations, and Royalties teams, as well as external partners globally. With a strong operational focus, this position is well suited to someone looking to develop their skills in licensing within a structured, international environment.
The Licensing Coordinator joins a collaborative and detail-focused licensing team that works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure content and data are licensed accurately and compliantly. The team plays a vital role in supporting publishing, commercial and product activity by managing licensing processes, maintaining clear records, and responding to queries efficiently. Team members value accuracy, teamwork and clear communication, and work in a structured environment that balances operational delivery with strong customer and stakeholder support.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Licensing team
- Coordinate and track licensing agreements across their lifecycle
- Support contract processes, including execution, amendments, renewals, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in relevant systems
- Act as a coordination point for selected partners on routine operational matters
- Support partner communications and information requests
- Assist in compiling reports on licensing activity and partner performance
- Support preparation of materials for internal use and negotiations
- Liaise with Operations, Royalties, Finance, and other internal teams to support partner deliverables
- Support coordination of partner onboarding and related processes
Requirements
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
