- Facilitate the complex Quote-to-Order process by interfacing across sales, operations, legal, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Provide escalatory analytical and process support for complex, non-standard enterprise deals.
- Review contract booking submissions for accuracy, completeness, and strict alignment with corporate revenue recognition policies.
- Enforce standard operating procedures and compliance workflows while delivering a highly professional customer experience.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of deal operations, order processing, or contract management experience within a technology, hardware, or software environment.
- Proven capability to manage multi-stakeholder approval workflows under tight timelines and pressure.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with absolute discretion when handling sensitive financial data.
