What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will not just process orders; you will serve as a vital operational strategist managing high-value, non-standard deals and revenue recognition alignment across a matrixed technology environment.

  • Facilitate the complex Quote-to-Order process by interfacing across sales, operations, legal, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Provide escalatory analytical and process support for complex, non-standard enterprise deals.
  • Review contract booking submissions for accuracy, completeness, and strict alignment with corporate revenue recognition policies.
  • Enforce standard operating procedures and compliance workflows while delivering a highly professional customer experience.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of deal operations, order processing, or contract management experience within a technology, hardware, or software environment.
  • Proven capability to manage multi-stakeholder approval workflows under tight timelines and pressure.
  • Solid foundational understanding of contractual agreements, revenue recognition principles, and basic logistics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with absolute discretion when handling sensitive financial data.

Bonus Points For:

  • Hands-on technical proficiency with Salesforce.com, Google Suite, Excel, and Domo analytics dashboards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related commercial discipline.

Logistics: Location: Leeds, UK or Bodegraven, Netherlands - 4 Days in Office. Travel Requirement: 10%.
