As a Claims Technician in our Agriculture and Rural Network (ARN) team, you will manage claims from the initial report through to settlement. You will take ownership of each claim, making decisions and working closely with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to find the best outcome for the customer.
You will benefit from access to advanced digital tools, including video technology, which will help you assess properties remotely and collaborate with suppliers during the claims process.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Being the single point of contact for customers and suppliers
- Managing claims and related information
- Overseeing supplier projects
- Controlling costs and payments
You will be expected to deliver high technical standards while keeping the customer experience at the forefront.

- Qualifications: Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters’ Cert CILA qualification is an advantage but not essential.
