As a diverse, global technology company, Belkin remains inspired and motivated by the relationship between people and technology.

At Belkin, we are looking for a commercially driven, hands-on marketing leader to head up our EMEA Marketing function. As Head of Marketing, EMEA, you will lead the development and execution of the regional marketing strategy across a diverse mix of markets, channels and consumer segments. The role is central to strengthening brand equity, supporting commercial growth and ensuring our regional marketing plans are fully aligned to EMEA business priorities and global brand direction.

This role leads the EMEA Marketing team across Channel Marketing, Creative, Social Media & CRM, and regional marketing support functions. Working in close partnership with Sales, Business Unit, Planning and Global teams, you will drive strong cross-functional alignment, clear priorities and effective execution across the region. This is a highly visible regional leadership role requiring a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. We are looking for a leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, staying close to the detail and leading from the front to ensure plans are translated into action at pace and to a high standard.

This role will suit a leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment, values cross-functional teamwork and is motivated by building both strong brands and strong teams. You will play a key role in shaping how Marketing operates across EMEA, building capability within the team and helping to unlock the next phase of growth for the region.

What you’ll do

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Lead the development and execution of the EMEA marketing strategy in line with Belkin’s regional growth ambitions and global brand priorities.
    • Ensure marketing plans support brand strength, market share growth, demand generation and commercial performance across the region.
    • Translate global strategy into relevant, impactful regional plans that reflect local market dynamics, channel priorities and consumer behaviour.
    • Help shape the regional marketing agenda to ensure Belkin remains well positioned across both established and emerging growth opportunities.
  • Regional Team Leadership
    • Lead, coach and develop the EMEA Marketing team, building a high-performance culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, pace and continuous improvement.
    • Set clear priorities and expectations across the function, ensuring strong alignment, clarity of ownership and high standards of delivery.
    • Build capability within the team and help shape the future evolution of the function as the business continues to grow.
    • Create an environment where individuals are empowered, connected and focused on delivering strong regional outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Work in close partnership with Sales, Business Unit, Planning and Global teams to ensure marketing activity is aligned to commercial objectives, demand plans, product priorities and wider business goals.
    • Play an active role in cross-functional planning, helping to bring greater alignment, focus and execution across the organisation.
    • Act as a trusted regional partner to key stakeholders, ensuring Marketing is well connected to both strategic priorities and day-to-day business needs.
    • Build strong relationships across the wider commercial organisation to ensure joined-up thinking and effective delivery.
  • Hands-On Delivery
    • Lead from the front in delivering regional marketing plans, staying close to the detail and supporting the team in execution where needed.
    • Bring a practical, sleeves-rolled-up mindset to the role, with the ability to move confidently between strategic leadership and operational delivery.
    • Help maintain pace, solve problems quickly and ensure plans are executed to a high standard.
    • Be prepared to step into the detail when required, while keeping the wider team aligned behind the bigger picture.
  • Brand and Channel Execution
    • Lead the regional activation of global campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives across key channels, ensuring consistency of brand positioning alongside local relevance.
    • Drive best-in-class execution across digital, social, PR, events, retail and partner activations, with a strong focus on quality, effectiveness and commercial relevance.
    • Ensure end-user and customer experience is considered in how marketing plans are developed and delivered across channels.
    • Support strong go-to-market delivery across the region, ensuring marketing activity lands effectively in-market and in-channel.
  • Insight and Performance
    • Use data, market intelligence and campaign performance analysis to identify opportunities, optimise plans and improve return on investment.
    • Stay close to consumer, customer and market trends across EMEA, ensuring marketing strategies remain relevant, responsive and competitive.
    • Support a culture of data-led decision-making across the team.
    • Use insight to continuously improve execution, prioritisation and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Budget and Resource Management
    • Own the regional marketing budget and ensure investment is allocated effectively to maximise impact and deliver against business priorities.
    • Manage agency and external partner relationships to ensure strong execution, quality output and effective support for regional plans.
    • Balance investment decisions carefully to ensure resources are focused on the areas that will create the greatest commercial return.

What you’ll need

  • Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within consumer electronics, technology or a similarly fast-paced consumer-led environment.
  • Proven experience leading marketing across multiple EMEA markets and channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect marketing strategy to business performance and growth.
  • Experience building consumer-led brands in multi-channel environments, with a strong understanding of how to drive relevance, visibility and demand across different routes to market.

  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Business Unit, Planning and Global stakeholders.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of building teams, developing capability and driving accountability.
  • A hands-on, practical mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence using data and insight to guide decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Additional European languages would be advantageous.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline is preferred.
