Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians in the installation of bird netting, spikes, wire systems, and other proofing measures on various structures (e.g., roofs, ledges, balconies).
  • Learn and apply safe working practices, including working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and potentially MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms).
  • Prepare work areas, including cleaning and clearing sites prior to installation.
  • Handle and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
  • Support in identifying bird entry points, nesting areas, and suitable proofing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and site observations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and, under supervision, with clients.
  • Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in bird proofing techniques.

Qualifications
