We are seeking a Commercial Account Handler to build rapport with clients ranging from sole traders to CEOs, working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Review client documentation thoroughly to support the quoting process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts.
- Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention and exceeding customer expectations while meeting FCA requirements.
- Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service and internal processes.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet business objectives.
