JOB SCOPE
Support Galderma’s Investor Relations (IR) team, with a focus on leading financial insights and consensus management, developing investor marketing material, dissemination of key news & trends, as well as helping with general investor engagement activities.
Key activities include:
- Owning the IR financial model and analysis of key positions/metrics, for analyst discussions and guidance definition
- Helping create investor marketing material (presentation, Q&A, etc.)
- Tracking market perception and disseminating key external insights in the organization
- Supporting IR coordination, including external correspondence, meeting records, and conference planning

Career Stream Tasks
- Holding the IR financial model up-to-date and conducting analysis of Galderma’s internal guidance compared to the analysts’ and consensus’ forecasts, along with inputting into financial guidance processes
- Assist in preparation of investor marketing material, including anticipating and populating the investor relations Q&A database and developing content as relevant
- Helping disseminate key news internally, including news flow from the market, peer group companies, and research reports
- Assist in preparation of briefing documents, reports and presentations, for management meetings with investors as well as updates to the board
- Helping manage correspondence with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, advisors and internals
- Maintaining the database and meeting records up-to-date in the IR CRM system, including details of attendees, contact information, and key meeting notes
- Helping plan and organize IR activities/calendar, from arranging investor meetings, site visits, presentations, conferences, and capital markets events
- Helping keep the IR section of the website up-to-date
- Supporting the Strategy, Investor Relations and ESG team broadly ad-hoc as relevant
