We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Sales Excellence Systems Training professional to join the International Training Development and Adaptation Team. The International Sales Systems Training Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in strengthening Sales Systems user experience, adoption, and overall effectiveness across International Commercial field and support teams. In this role, you will adapt training materials provided by the Global Commercial Operations Excellence team to meet international and local country’s needs. You will be responsible for delivering training directly to regional and in‑country Capability Sales Trainers, ensuring they are fully equipped to train their respective teams. A key component of this position is evaluating training effectiveness, assessing adoption levels, reviewing adherence to processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels within the Commercial organisation to enhance CRM usage, address adoption challenges, build competency, and support ongoing system enhancements. Through these efforts, you will help drive improved sales effectiveness and ensure compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Adapt Global Training: Localise training materials from Global Commercial Operations Excellence and Global Selling & Clinical Training teams, adjusting for regulatory needs, translation, local processes, and cultural differences.
- Deliver Training: Facilitate CRM training sessions—including onboarding—and collaborate with regional and country Capability Trainers to ensure consistent delivery.
- Develop CRM Ambassadors: Coach and support CRM Ambassadors to strengthen local training quality and peer‑to‑peer enablement.
- Provide Ongoing Enablement: Work with the International Adaptive Instructional Designer to create refresher training and updates aligned with new features and best practices.
- Evaluate Training Impact: Use surveys, feedback, adherence reports, and competency reviews to measure effectiveness. Identify gaps and partner with Capability Training Managers and Commercial leaders to maintain standards.
- Gather Local Insights: Identify regional needs and opportunities that inform future sales enablement and system enhancements.
- Assess Training Needs: Regularly review system knowledge gaps and recommend targeted training.
- Lead In‑Market Support: Support the CRM Ambassador Program, improve onboarding effectiveness, and act as the liaison between commercial teams and Global Commercial Operations Excellence.
- Oversee Dashboards: Review international dashboards and share performance insights with regions and countries.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry trends and recommend enhancements to sales effectiveness systems.

- Commitment to continuous improvement, staying current on industry trends and best practices to enhance user experience and training effectiveness.
Education and Experience
- University degree, or comparable qualification from an accredited institution is preferred within a relevant field—such as organisational development, instructional design, or management.
- Ideally demonstrated experience in the med‑tech or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in a sales or training capacity.
- Experience in leading change initiatives, particularly those involving technology adoption and user training, is preferred but not essential.
Additional Information
- The position is hybrid from our London Hammersmith office. Travel is estimated at 25% but will flex depending on business needs.
- Fluency in English is required, other European languages (French/ German/Spanish) will be an advantage.
