The Role
We’re looking for an Intelligent Automation Consultant with deep experience in the Microsoft Power Platform to help our financial services clients optimise processes and unlock value through automation. This role calls for a dynamic blend of business analysis, solution design, and delivery capabilities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
What You’ll Do
- Drive automation discovery and design using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder)
- Lead end-to-end process assessments, from opportunity identification to scalable automation design
- Configure and maintain efficient automation workflows using core Microsoft and API-first principles
- Analyse business processes to identify, assess and optimise with intelligent automation and supporting technologies
- Collaborate with clients, developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery, UAT and rollout of solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and intelligent automation tooling
- Strong understanding of automation technologies including OCR, process mining, and API integration
- Skilled in business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery methodology
- Experience documenting solutions, estimating feasibility, and supporting change control processes
- Ability to troubleshoot automation issues and provide clear, timely resolutions

- Knowledge of other automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Dynamics 365)
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or SDLC methodologies
